Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY (15 day period)

Returns and Exchanges:
  • We accept returns and exchanges of products within a 15-day period.
  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving the item.
Conditions for Return or Exchange:
  • The products must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or without the original packaging may not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Perishable, personalized, or personal hygiene products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged.

Return or Exchange Request:
  • To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at info@kawaiisweetstore.com.
  • Provide detailed information about the reason for the return or exchange and the order number. Photos or videos showing the item's defect may be required.

Refund or Exchange:
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its compliance with our policies, you may choose to receive a full refund or exchange the product for another of equal value.
  • The refund will be processed within 10 to 14 days after the return approval.
  • If your order is in transit for more than 5 days beyond the estimated delivery date, we will issue a replacement order to be sent.
Lost or Stolen Orders:
  • For packages lost in transit or stolen, two options are available: we can either refund the entire order or send a replacement order free of charge.
